SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Pottery will be packed carefully to be shipped with insurance. You will be billed for shipping after packaging due to the many variables inherent in shipping fine art. In case of damage, keep all packaging, the damaged piece, invoice and proof of purchase as it may have to be presented to the shipper in order for a claim to be filed. When the claim has been paid, the artist will create another original for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All pottery designs are at the descression of the clay, the fire and the artist. If an error in your order has been made, we will do our best to correct it. Otherwise, no returns or replacements will be make.
